Registration Overview

Early-bird registration with discounted fees will be open from March 16 to July 31, 2026 (JST). The discount is applied based on the date of payment, not the date of registration.

Regular fees will apply from August 1 to 27, 2026 (JST).

Only online credit card payments will be accepted during the registration period. Please ensure that your credit card is enabled for international online payments.

Offline payment will not be available. We strongly recommend completing registration and payment well before the Workshop.

If registration has not been completed in advance, participants may register and pay online at the venue using a credit card (cash will not be accepted), and the payment will be confirmed online at the reception desk.

Student Registration

Undergraduate and graduate students will be offered discounted registration fees (see the Registration Fees table below).

Proof of student status in English is required for student registration. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a copy of a student ID card, a certificate of enrollment, or an official transcript issued by an accredited institution. The document must clearly display the full names of both the student and the institution in English. The document must be prepared in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, with a file size of less than 10 MB, and uploaded through the online registration and payment system.

The student registration will not be considered valid until the required documentation has been submitted and approved by the WTTC20 Local Organizing Committee. If the documentation is not approved, you may be required to re-register under the Delegate category. In such cases, the student registration fee will not be refunded.

If documentation in English is not available, please contact us at wttc20jpn@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of the student rate cannot be guaranteed.
