Registration Overview
Early-bird registration with discounted fees will be open from March 1 to July 31, 2026 (JST). The discount is applied based on the date of payment, not the date of registration.
Regular fees will apply from August 1 to 27, 2026 (JST).
A link to the online registration and payment system will be available on this page from March 1 to August 27, 2026 (JST).
Only online credit card payments will be accepted during the registration period. Please ensure that your credit card is enabled for international online payments.
Offline payment will not be available. We strongly recommend completing registration and payment well before the Workshop.
If registration has not been completed in advance, participants may register and pay online at the venue using a credit card (cash will not be accepted), and the payment will be confirmed online at the reception desk.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to wttc20jpn@gmail.combefore July 12, 2026 (JST). Consideration may be granted for unexpected circumstances such as visa denials.
The WTTC20 LOC reserves the right to review individual cases for cancellations and determine if partial or no reimbursement will be granted.
