Registration Overview

Early-bird registration will be open from February 1 to July 31, 2026 (JST), and an online payment link will be available on this page during that time.

The early-bird registration discount is applied by the date of payment, not registration.

Payment can be made by credit card (preferred) or wire transfer.

All fees are in Japanese yen.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to wttc20jpn@gmail.com before July 12, 2026 (JST). Consideration may be granted for unexpected circumstances such as visa denials.

Registration fees will not be refunded after July 19, 2026 (JST).

Approved refunds will be made to the original payee using the original payment method after the completion of WTTC20. Any fees associated with wire transfer refunds will be the responsibility of the registrant.
